APPOINTMENTS
Reservation ahead of time is highly recommended. Feel free to call, or use our online booking system. Same-day appointments are welcome but we suggest calling ahead to determine if there are any available slots.
ONLINE BOOKING
When you book an appointment online with us, an appointment confirmation email/text is sent 48 hours in advance of your appointment as a courtesy. LilyPure FACIAL SPA is not responsible for unconfirmed, missed appointments.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that if you are unable to make your appointment, please give us a 24-HOUR NOTICE and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time. We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and this will allow other clients to use the now available time slot. Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification will be considered a “NO SHOW” and will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Clients who cancel with LESS THAN 24 HOUR notice will be charged half of the scheduled service rate. We do understand that emergency situations happen and will do our best to accommodate your situation.
SPECIALS AND PROMOTIONS
Our spa specials and promotions cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, spa packages, service add-ons, or third-party gift certificates.

PRICES AND SERVICES
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All unopened and unused product returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a store receipt within 7 days of original purchase. All returns and exchanges will be refunded with a Spa credit.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere.
CLIENT SATISFACTION
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will try our best to make it right.
